Try to get out and meet people in your own age group. Maybe you and a girlfriend could go to a movie and meet some nice cute guys your own age. It will take time to get over this crush. I always tended to develop crushes on older men when I was young but it only ever lead me to heartbreak. It just takes time. Sounds lame but it's true.

She does need to find something to take her mind off of him.As her friend you can help her find something such as arts and crafts, playing basketball, playing vidoe games, going to the movies. Make sure you are available when she needs to talk.

tell her to meet someone more her own age... some one who is 25 who might have a thing for a 14 year old, is not all there...and if she encourages it, she might be in for a heap of trouble... if you know what I mean....

Tell her its morally wrong and the guy can go to jail if they have sex. Tell her its just a crush and that she will get over it, and that she's just going to get used for sex if they do get together.
