I've always heard cocoa butter lotion can help but I've never tried it personally.

Wish in one hand & crap in the other & see which one gets full first!!! There's no way to get rid of stretch marks except in a few cases where you can have them surgically remove but this is for people who have lost a lot of weight and have excess skin hanging off of them. Cocoa butter can help minimize the visibility of stretch marks though.

There really is no way to get rid of strech marks but they can fade to more of a pale pink or white. A cream that helped me was made w/ lanolin, shea & cocoa butter along with Vitamin E. It's found in the baby/pregnancy aisle of drugstores & WalMart. I used it religously throughout my pregnancy and I came away with very few strech marks and it helped my exsiting ones fade. I can't remember the name but it's a white pump bottle w/ a small picture of a pregnant lady on it. I think Jergens makes it...If I remember the name I'll write again.

You can fade stretch marks if you already have them by using pure cocoa butter, or cocoa butter cream (Palmer's, Queen Helene, The Body Shop etc). But if you want to prevent them, like for women who are pregnant, you have to slather on the cocoa butter while your tummy expands.

yea, I used the Palmer's cocoa butter every day when I became pregnant... and I still use lotion every day... I didn't get any on my stomach, but did on my hips. And they were pretty bad, but once I lost some weight, they went down, but are still there-just a lot lighter. So really, I think they are there once you get them, but try the cocoa butter too, it might help some. Some ppl use it and nothing happens, but in my case, I still got some.

Sorry to give the unpopular answer, but the real answer is that there is no getting rid of them. The only thing that makes them a little less visible is fat reduction. No product, not even expensive ones work.
