I work in healthcare and had a patient whose mother I suspected of having Munchausen by Proxy (where it is the child who reportedly has the "illness"). I just did a quick Yahoo! search with your spelling and also Munchausen, and there are MANY sites with information out there. I'd start at the Wiki site, and the links on that page:

Munchausen Disease

Other than that link I would try and search for the subject on health sites but wikipedia is always a good source.

Good luck in your search!

Search the web. There is a wealth of information on Munchausen there.
