they are probably inherited, you could go to a plastic surgeon and get him to fill them in with...whatever they fill stuff in with, silicone, fat, whatever.
personally I think they are cute, it is part of what makes you unique.

That dimply stuff which is a pain to get rid of is called cellulite. And you like me, I wish it would disappear. But the only thing that will make it go for good is diet and exercise. And even then not all of it goes away.
