I answered your question before and I am not an idiot. I have done research on hair and there is nothing that will make it grow faster. Hair grows half an inch a month, six inches a year. Hair can grow a tiny bit more in hot weather. Just take care of your hair and only trim if there is split ends. Try to keep heat and chemicals off of it. Make sure to eat protein foods. Good luck

Your cute!!! Okay all those things you mentioned only make your hair grow stronger. The key to promote hair growth is stimulating the scalp. You really need to brush your hair, focusing on the root area for 20 minutes before bed. When your rubbing your scalp it helpsove around dirt and oil that is clogging the follicle,as well as bringing the blood to the surface of your scalp. That is why they have products like miracle grow for your hair.It works because the directions instruct you to massage into your scalp. That is what makes these products appear to work but its not the product its the rubbing of the scalp. As for all those vitamins and other ideas you have heard just drink plenty of water, this will help your vhair grow stonger healthier. It works trust me.

I have heard that prenatal pills help - when I was pregnant my hair did grow but I couldn't take the pill - (total morning sickness). I know massaging your scalp stimulates the roots. Also, my hair dresser said only put you hair up when you have to - it will grow faster and not break as much if you keep it down.
Most of the time I think it boils down to your genes - either you have long thick hair or you don't....I don't.
Good luck

I saw the answers to your first question. They didn't seem to be at all idiotic. I'm intelligent so I answered this one at your request.
First, you are assuming there's a way to make it grow faster.
There may not be, although arguably you could make it grow slower through malnutrition. But to call people idiots because they can't confirm your assumptions is a bit idiotic in and of itself, wouldn't you agree. Now be a good little girl and listen to what these good people have had to say this time. There seem to be some good answers, and even the sprinkler system one could theoretically work - but again it's only a weak assumption.

You want to do things that will stimulate circulation in your scalp which is what makes hair grow.. I do this once a week:
Hair Masque: mix, olive oil, capsule of Vit E, a really soft avocado and a shot of brandy.... stir together and put into hair. Wrap in a plastic cap and hot towel and let it soak in. The brandy actually warms and brings the blood flow to your scalp, the rest just deep condition. Its really great.
Another idea is to get your hair cut just before the full moon and this is when your hair will grow most.
Massage your scalp with your head down, to bring blood flow to your scalp.

To make your hair grow a little faster, try stimulating the scalp with massage. Like you said, it is not magic, but it does help. Now I had a coworker who had her hair braided when she went on a Caribbean cruise, and her hair grew faster because it was pulled to keep the braids in. Not sure how that worked, and I would not opt for that. But my hairstylist recommended scalp massage to me years ago to just promote healthy hair and scalp. My hair has always grown faster than most peoples. And it relaxes you. Good Luck

Your hair needs two things to promote hair growth, adding moisture and messaging the scalp.
You need to buy a hair dressing that contains natural herbs and vitamins and apply it to your scalp. Then take the balls of your fingers and message it in, this will help the blood circulate which stimulates the hair follicles which increases hair growth. This will work, I do this all the time and I have notice a lot of new hair growth.

you are right, there is no magical pill sent from God (if there was, I'd be ALOT richer.) the best you're going to get is a good diet, exercise, and taking prenatal. try brushing your hair more frequently or massaging your scalp each day. it stimulates blood flow and helps with healthy hair growth. but even with all of this, does it ever grow fast enough for any of us?

YES, you'll meet a lot of low IQ people on this site.
I am blk/wht mixed...and the only thing that makes my hair grow(7-9 inches per year) is olive oil. If you have Caucasian hair...i would do an oil treatment with it once or twice a month. Taking prenatal vitamins will help alot. good luck....

I think protein foods can help. Also driking alot of water and taking vitamin E so that your hair would be growing nicely. I think that brushing your hair can also help the stimulation of the growth of hair. Massage your scalp to relax it and try not to use too much chemicals on your hair because it can damge it. Try to air dry your hair instead of using a hair dryer and make it a point to comb your hair evry now and then so that it will reduce the frizz. It works for me because I got frizzy and dry hair. The brushing has made my hair soft.
