she has started to bite recently and only seems to bite guys. and only once they have turned their backs and start to walk away from her. Not sure what to do with her know? I have 3 other dogs that are not this way.

she nips them on the back of the knees or nips their hands.

Does she bite? Or nip at heals? Maybe she's herding them.

A little bit of lead in his/her ear will quickly fix this problem.
It can be administered with a .22 rifle or larger
Should solve all the dogs problems
