Just buy 100 % orange juice with no preservatives. Freeze it to a block in a Freezer and mix with double the amount water. No yeast even needed in a week you'll have drinkable "wine"

Yes you can. Be sure it contains no sodium benzoate as a preservative.
Then, all you have to do is add yeast. Baking yeast will leave it tasting yeasty and bad. The best choice would be to get a wine yeast from a home brewing store or website.
