I have mild acne. It is never too bad, never great looking either.

I have tried many products. Clearasil Ultra, neutrogena, etc. None of the products really work.

Some products dry my skin out too much, others are too weak.

What is a good acne solution you have found??

OMG I NO THE REAL SOLUTION !!!! i no it may sound weird but u have to many toxins in your body wen you eat food they release toxics in your body then they go through your liver and wen ur liver cant hold enough toxins they go through your secondary channel of elimination, YOUR SKIN thats the cause of acne and of course hormone change ....but to fix that you can take this oil that controls and balances your hormones called udos choice oil blend - i personally take it ...and the toxin thing eat 70% vegetables daily reccomenedeed is cucumbers!! im 13 and ive read hella books on acne and ive found the soulution and it may sound nasty but you have to **** daily to release the toxins the cucumbers absorbed because cucmbers absorb a lot of toxins to cleanse your body //drink about 8 cups of water daily and juss use normal face cleanser nothing expensive there ALL THE SAME truss me but i personally only use the 1st step of proactiv and the mosturizer sometimes using too much products for your face can damage your beautiful skin! and dont worry if you have acne scars theyll go away juss avoid contact from the sun and dont pick on it!! lol of course none of the products work because thats not the key to the root of the acne its juss a leaf you no lol but im serious but REMMEMERR!! to **** everyday that is really essential and excercise to digest the nasti food u eat haha its true though and get enough sleep to reduce swelling and redness oh yah!! and proactiv's refining mask is good to use once a week put in on the really red break outs not ur skin but juss acne wen you sleep ! okai i hoped this was a lot of new info that u will use lol okai holleration!

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.

The secret is never to touch the spots

I don't have bad acne either. Stick to a product with 2% salicylic acid. I like St. Ives Apricot scrub for acne prone skin. Use it 2 or 3 times a week and for the rest of the days, use a basic face wash that is for oily skin. To keep your skin from drying, use a light moisturizer that is oil free.

Dr. Murad’s Acne Complex says that 3 simple steps, 2 times a day can reduce and clear your skin in 4 weeks. Seeing the popularity of Acne Complex one can understand that Acne Complex is certainly effective.

In the Acne Complex kit there are 3 items. A Clarifying Cleanser, an Exfoliating Acne Treatment Gel and a Skin Perfecting Lotion. The direction of use is given in the Acne Complex kit. Otherwise you can learn it on the website of Acne Complex. You can even order Acne Complex from their website too.

Differen Gel. It costs some $ to go to the dermatologist but my insurance covers the prescription and it saves me money in the long run. I spend maybe $20 on a tube that lasts me three months. Much better then buying 2-3 products a month at the drugstore that don't work. Stop wasting time and money...see a dermatologist.

Have you tried products that had benzoyl peroxide instead of salicylic acid? Sometimes you just need to find a product that works best for your skin. When I was a teen the peroxide formulas worked best for me. Now the salicylic acid ones do. I use a face wash that contains acne medicine and I also have a topical cream to apply if I do have a break-out

You dont want to use strong products because they are bad for your skin in the long run... most of those products you buy in the stores have chemicals in them which are partically burning the dirt off your face... i recommend tahitian noni face wash and face lotion.. it will even out your tone.. and clear up acne! it also help you skin stay healthy and so your pores remain small and so you will have to apply less make up. .. hope this helps.. check out all the products at www.tni.com/zmwright

A combination of washing my face regularly, St. Ive's Invigorating Oil-Free Apricot Scrub, and a bar of mother-of-pearl soap did wonders for me, and by no means did I have mild acne.
