Be honest, and direct. Tell her you think she is cute, attractive, good looking, whatever comes to mind in your own words. She is fun to talk with, she has a good personality, she is great to be with, these type of answers. Girls like to be verbally "stroked" with uplifting compliments. You don't have to over do it, but be honest, and let your heart guide you.

Don't listen to these idiots. Women hate the truth. Women are a big heap of lies. Makeup? You're not that pretty. High heels? You're not that tall. Extensions? Your hair isn't that long. Push up bra? Your boobs aren't that big.

If she asks you, tell her the reasons. Think about it before you tell her, but tell her the truth. She wants to know what makes her special in your eyes. If she is special, then tell her, but more importantly, show her.

THe truth...DUHH!!! You know why you like her....so tell her how you feel. IF you like her for her *** please spare her as well as yourself the embarassment....But if you like her because she is funny and smart and openminded and nice and she's real easy to talk to then just tell her (and no do not use those exact words)

well you could just tell her that " ilike you for everything you are, your whole being.. and if she wants specific answers tell her that your very kind, understanding, loving etc. or you could tell her that you light up my life... or just honestly tell her everything you like about her
