Is lunch meat ( what you put on sandwiches) raw or cooked??

It is cooked. Alot of it is smoked.. smoked turkey, smoked ham, etc..

I like Deli Turkey sliced thin. I don't really care, for the lunch meats, in the package.

definitely cooked, but the deli meat behind the counter is better than the packaged stuff, less preservatives & tastes better too.

It's steamed or smoked, they're not allowed to sell it raw, or you would get selmonela or something.
