It really depends how drunk. Sometimes the girl gets a boost of confidence and will do things she wants to do with you but was too scared to approach you before. But if she is totally shitfaced, don't even go near her. It won't end up good.

It depends on how drunk they are and how well you know them. If they're really hammered and you just met her...dude not a good plan. However if she's slightly to moderatly hammered and your already friends w/ her its definatly fair game dude. But on that note try not to ruin any friendships it's not fun to wake up next to the girl you've been best friends with since grade school. Trust me on that one...

Fair... no. Reality..... yes. However, I always say, it takes a real player to land a sober hot chick, then to land a hot drunk chick. Anyone.... with enough, drinks, and charm, and time, can land a drunk girl. It takes someone who has it all, to land the sober girl.

No. No girls are fair game unless they choose to be. I believe tha's what's known as "date rape," depending on how drunk she is. If you want fair game, visit a brothel.

the only thing you should do with a drunk girl is take care of her...make sure she is safe. If she is really drunk, take her to the clinic.

Absolutely! As long as they hold some level of consciousness (ie. they can talk or have their eyes partially open) then they are absolutely fair game. If they completely are blacked out before you start, however, it is unacceptable.
