Alright, this is embarrasing but I have to ask it. Because it was even more embarrassing when I couldn't get the damn thing off of her fast enough and it became really awkward. umm yea... that was no fun. Alright but seriously help me here...anybody.

you have to practice.
there is a fine art to this.
you will need to conduct a very in depth study of the hooks..
they are like NO other hooks out there like them.

It's comes with experience. After a little practice, you will be able to remove her bra with one hand tied behind your back, with her wearing a jump suit.
Practice makes perfect and when you get good enough that when you get it off, she won't even know it; that is when you have made the grade. Sounds like you are not wanting it bad enough.

If she was a lady, she would have helped you out of a jam, I think.
They do take practice, and frankly I can't get the damm things off even when I'm wearing them. They are designed not to come undone, after all.
Convince your girlfriend to wear bras that do up at the front; they are much easier. Or to wear sports bras that she can just pull over her head like a tee-shirt.
My boyfriend once thought it would so cool and sexy to take my bra off; now he just says, "You do it".

Unless she's a lot more experienced she probably didn't care, but I think my husband pretty close to ripped mine off finally, that was pretty cool with me. My husband was not very experienced, but more or less because he was nervous, it was fine with me. If you really want a time frame.... I think over a minute would be time to just rip it off.
