YOU DONT. YOU GAVE HER AWAY, YOU DONT JUST GET HER BACK LIKE CAR KEYS. IF SHE IS TRULY BETTER OFF WITH UR MOTHER THATS WHERE SHE NEEDS TO STAY. A CHILD NEEDS STABILITY NOT DRAMA AND CHAOS. UNLESS YOU ARE READY TO TOTALLY COMMIT TO UR CHILD THEN LEAVE HER WHERE SHE IS AT.

First I'm not sure you should be asking your self how to get her back. What you should be doing is asking yourself if it;s the right thing to do. There are reasons why you sent her there to begin with have all of those reasons been eradicated? If so are you sure that they won't re arise? Sometimes doing what feels right isn't necessarily the right thing to do. you can't expect to get your daughter back just because you miss her. If you're doing it for the right reasons and you feel it;s in her best interest than that should not be very hard to prove. You will most likely need to get a lawyer. Even though there was no judge or court a notarized document is a legal document. Therefore to under it you must go to either a notary if your mother is willing and if she is not than a lawyer will be necessary at which point you're going to need to be ready for the fact that you will need to prove to the judge that what you did by signing away your rights was at the time in her best interest but now that your situation has changed you believe that it in her best interest for her to be back with you. Good luck to you, and don't worry everything always works out for the best.

i did the same thing you did but not for the same reason. my mom held that piece of paper over my head until one day i went on a hunt and found that piece of paper and tore it into a million pieces right in front of her. and she has never had that power over me with any of my children since. sometimes parents can be evil and mean. if she is just holding on to that pieve of notarized paper and you can find it without her knowing then that is exactly what i would do then just go pick up your child. you can do that as long as there are no other entities involved...
