Definetly, especially if you're already a slim person, it's great for toning up. If you're not slim, try doing at least 30 minutes cardio to burn off the layer of fat and the 8 mins abs. You'll definetly see results that way.

It can, but remember you get what you put into it. I suggest Tony Little's Abs work out. It's a great one for both men and women. Abs of steel is alright, but I'm not crazy about it

Doing the ab exercises will tone your abs sure. If there is fat on top of the abs, you'll need to do cardio for this.

I believe that any exercise that you feel a burn works.......so if you feel a burn when you are doing 8 minute abs, then i think that they work
