age is not a factor. I use Paul Mitchel baby don't cry shampoo for all my kids. My oldest is 14. I have one daughter age 7 that needs conditioner and I have been using it for several years.

You can use any regular shampoo on her. I would suggest a hydrating shampoo. Just condition and lightly rinse, like you would your own hair. The baby shampoo is for infants because it takes care of any cradle cap,as well as having a numbing agent for their eyes.

any adult shampoo and conditioner is fine.. there is also a excellent leave in that i use on my little one every shampoo!! it's lusterizer made by rusk.. it's wonderful.. helps with tangles and leaves it feeling wonderful.. not to mention it takes out the kid funk they get in their hair at the end of the day !!!!

I use conditioner on my Daughter's hair and she is two. I am very careful not to get it in her eyes while rinsing. My Daughter's hair is very fine and long, and if I don't use conditioner, it tangles very quickly.

conditioner won't hurt her...my girl is 7 with real long hair and i have been putting cond. on her for a couple years..if not she tangles very easily...use the kind that matches her hair type..fine,dry, oily etc..

I have always used the good stuff on my daughter. Try it, her mother might even be impressed by the way it manages.
