No diet pills or fad diets. What you need to do is talk with your doctor (with your parents) and make sure that you don't have a health problem first. We found out that my daughter (15 years old) has diabetes. She replaced the sweets and fating foods with whole grains and vegetables/fruit, she also made sure that she drank plenty of water. She also did a lot of low impact exercises. My daughter has just lost 50 pounds, it has taken her 12 months to do this. I'm going to wish you the best of luck with your life style changes. I don't know if 106 pounds would be to low of weight for you, it depends on how tall you are and other physical traits.

That weight might not be good for you to get to.
Cut back on the sweets, and make sure you excersize.
But do remember, you're only 12, so you will need some extra weight on you to have enough to support your growth in the next five years or so. Girls don't really stop growing until they're 18.
Try aiming for something like, a 10 lb loss, instead of a 40 lb one.

You are what you eat.
Eat healthy, a well-balanced diet which consist of vegetables, fruits, whole grain foods. Never skip breakfast, have cereals instead. Avoid carbonated soft drinks & sweets like pastries & cakes which is high in calories. No junk foods for snacks.
Get regular exercises daily so as to burn those fats like 15 minutes jogging or brisk walking,
As much as possible, make a chart where you write down your weights everyday to see how you progress.
Keep a watchlist on your lifestyle. See to it that you get rid of binge-eating habit. good luck..

I am a food lover, so i eat what i like and eat healthy. But i excercise too. When u excercise u tend to eat more but just stick to the healthy one and eat a hearty meal. U will be fine. Dont restrict urself to a diet. The best fitness plan wud be to swim. Its the best. It tones ur body like a sculptor. Enjoy ur life and hav fun. Be happy and healthy.

Easy to stick with? Cut portions in half, don't eat so much at meals. Limit your sweet things to only several times a week.
