Yes you would. You need to feed your body steadily through out the day 5 small meals per day to keep your metabolism reved up, think of your body like a trains engine, you need to keep the fire burning steady to get the best results. Please don't eat just once a day. I have been very heavy (225lbs) and worked my way down to 135lbs through very hard work and ALOT of research. The way I lots the most weight and kept it off was eating 5 small, healthy meals, plus lots of working out PLUS drinking lots of water. Good luck to you

Depending on how much you're eating a day. If you only have one KFC chicken thigh all day long... then no. But if you're eating a normal diet plus kfc, then yes. The more protien and especially carbs you consume, the more water you're going to retain. Not to mention that already prepared foods contain high amounts of sodium. I'm an individual that likes to cook and eat. Everything is o.k. in proportion. The daily amount of food you should consume is a lot like a bank account. If you spend everything on something expensive, then you will have no money and if you continue to spend... you start getting into trouble. Same thing with food. So if you want to waiste all of your fat and calories on 1 meal.. by all means go for it. But just remember, that's all you can eat for the day before you can start to gain weight. By weight... I mean water weight. Your body can only gain or loose 8 lbs of actual body fat a year. The rest of it is water stored in the tissues of your body, and when it starts storing, you start bloating, and you get big, big, big and it is not easy to De-bloat.

You are right, it wouldn't be healthy but...it would actually depend on the number of calories you consumed compared to the number of calories expended during the day. So, you wouldn't necessarily get fat. You might find that your body shape still didn't end up being what it would be if you drank water and ate healthier food though.

That's a big fat YES! (If you last long enough).
If you "starve" your body by not eating regularly, the body will naturally store this food(?) as fat, as it doesn't know when the next meal will be.
If your only meal is "crap", then it's easier to store in the body.
You will also feel like "crap", become lethargic and in time probably die. But we're all going to do that anyway. I prefer to make it as long as possible before that happens!

Get fat is when you eat more than you need. if you eat 10 times a day but the sum of calories is less than you need, you can lose weight.
Eat bad food will bad for your health. You may not notice in short period, but for long term you will suffer a lot of disease.

yes you would gain weight because you're not getting regular meals, your body would think you are being malnourished coz you are only eating 1 meal a day, so your metabolism would slow right down and it would store are much fat as possible, you body would think you are starving it.

depends how much of it you ate.

if you eat more calories than your body needs you will gain weight. In the case of fried chicken you can bet that weight will be fat.

If you eat less calories than you need you will loose weight. In this case you will be unhealthy.

"You are what you eat"

If you eat total **** like KFC, and that is all that you eat, then your body will turn into a walking lard apparatus.
