For me I would say not really unless it was an asian girl, but other guys like em. I remember last year there was an exchange girl in school and the guys would talk about her all the time. I think it is that they are intrigued by the girl even if in a normal situation they wouldn't like her. So I would say yes most guys like exchange girls.

I don't see why you ask if they like foreign exchange students. They're still people, and I'd just judge them for who they were, not from where they came from. It makes no difference.

weird, i just had a talk like this with my roomate last night. He is from ireland, and we were talking about how guys tend to hit on the european girls a bit more at parties. they are fun and different i guess. a flavor out of the ordinary.
