Crimes before this court are not defined enough at this time and within the time that the court has allowed to make a clear determination of the outcome.

In other words, the Court didnt give them enough time for their case. And they intend to prove so. "as we will see".

"So, crimes (under jurisdiction) the court is responsible to review (answer to this compromise) have been decided through negotiation (and show at the same time its limits) within the limitations allowed by the law (since everything is not clearly determined for the moment) as far as the evidence shows at this time, (as we will see) which we will explain later"

the court ok's the compromise while keeping within the elements of the law as the case has been presented so far.

ok i'll try, this is really hard!:
as well as this, crimes under juristiction both answer to and show the limits of this compromise at the same time because everything is not clearly determined, we will look further into this.

English is my first language, and this is a difficult sentence. It would be easier to see it in the whole paragraph it came from. Without the rest of the information it is hard to give an accurate understanding of what the sentence means.
