The biggest organized 'religion' that accepts all as it's foundation is the Unitarian Universalists -there is a pagan group. The Unity churches all seem to be very open, though not specificaly by charter. There is another small group the Universal Life Church that also combines all. The one I really like is the Church of the Churchless, slightly jaded like me, but then I have my own group, Ardent Angels Ministry.
A quick google on all faith or eclectic might bring you several more options.

Catholicism, see Revelation 13:1-11 where this power is a composite beast including the false religions of ancient Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greece and Pagan Rome. This mix it blends with Christianity to form NT Babylon the Great, mother of harlots. Babylon means confusion.

I am not sure whether it is a mix of beliefs of ALL religions or just of many religions.

Unitarian Universalists include persons of many different faiths and moral philosophies--Christians, Hindus, atheists, Humanists, Wiccans, etc. What binds them is a respect for each person's right to find his or her own path. UUs don't tell one another what to believe; instead they try to help each other find truth and fulfillment on individual "spiritual journeys." They incorporate elements of many diverse traditions into their services.

The best religion is one that tells you who you really are.The body is a psychosomatic apparatus activated by consciousness.What is this consciousness,its source,how is it sustained and where does it go after leaving the body.

I can't think of any. That is the main reason for diverse denominations, everyone practices something different from the other.
