It probably means the exercise is working. Just don't do it to the point that you pull a muscle.

The burn is good, but stay with 12 reps, rest a minute and 12 more. Have you tried pilates? I love it!

I'm not sure exactly what is happening when that happens but I'm pretty sure that means you're doing it correctly & it will work if you continue. Good luck!
