Throw him for a loop. Ask him for a full refund, tell him to take the door out and repair the walls. Just be sure to get the CASH back before he removes

Go ahead and pay him his money. Then take him to court! That way he can pay for a new shower and someone else to put it in!!!!!! Let him know that too! You might try to get the company that made it on line and ask them why it's leaking. It could be that the unit was faulty, too. Good Luck.

I wouldn't pay him. Tell him to find out if this has happened to other people. He can find out by going to the manufacturer via phone if people have been having problems. If you bought the shower, you'll have to pay him and then contact the manufacturer yourself. It's not "normal" for a new shower to leak.

you may wish to contact the manufacturer of your shower to determine if the installation was done correctly or if the shower has a design flaw ... something isn't right ,,, silicone is not the answer ... my guess is that the shower head is installed on the wrong wall ... it should not spray toward the door ...

Do not pay him another dime until the work is completed to your satisfaction. Be prepared for a legal fight. He sounds like he didn't know how to do the work and is trying to get out of it.

Do not pay him until the job is done right. Contact the BBB or state licensing. If you pay him, you will never see him again.
