hands or anything, and my mouth and chin area feel numb. What is going on here?

Yes, I have had it before. It was caused in my case by severe stress. Meditating helps alot. You need to relax any way you can. Maybe trying staying away from coffee and caffeinated products for a bit too.

i used to get that from stress and sometimes when i am cold you can't see that i am shaking but i feel like i am shaking on the inside. try to find a way to relieve your stress (if you have any) and if it doesn't stop, then maybe you try seeing a doctor.
