Why do you think people seem to believe that Wicca is from Santanism when Wicca is based on religion older than christianty and christianty was the ones to event satan?

Ya know its because the cristians made the idea, and in the book ... all other religions are of satan if they are not of that god. Its just a blind faith thing, Wicca is based on learning to better the self, as apposed to a blind faith to only know that and nothing else!That's why the world is like that, also why the tobacco industry is SO popular, because the Indians knew tobacco was addictive to the pilgrims and now look at society! Ignorance is not bliss!

WitchCraft does predate Christianity, but Magick is a system Not a religion. Also, Wicca cannot be proven to be that old. People stamping their feet to demand people accecpt that, make everyone else that follow this Religion look foolish.
I'm a Wiccan High Priestess with 13 years experience in my chosen religion, and it this could be proven to be true, I'd be happier than a pig in slop, but until SOLID proof can be made, this claim only makes you look like you don't know anything about it.
I honestly believe that you can't force people to accecpt our faith, and that if they aren't open minded, and willing to listen, there isn't anything we can do besides live our lives to the best of our ability, and to make good examples of ourselves.
If enough people can give Witches a good name, by doing good deeds, and letting people know that you do it as a good Human Being, and as a Good Person, who happens to be a Witch, that is better than a hundred people yelling, "BUT I AM a nice person! REALLY!"

Because wiccans enjoy their religion and christians hate church and are tired of trying to defend the bible--wicca is a much more nejoyable religion, and what brainwashed leftovers the church has are trying to demonize wicca in order to scare converts into coming back

The Christians connected SATANISM with Wicca, Pagan,Witchcraft when they could not get enough of them to convert to Christian. some wiccans practiced both religions Christianity on Sunday and Wicca the rest of the time.

because the christian church has spent 1500 years demonising everything that is not in their realm of belief. and what better way to do it than to make an evil figure that has qualities of many of the ancient gods. and then tell everyone that the people that follow the ancient gods follow the devil.
hollywood and their tv shows do not help us much either.

becuz anything not supporting their god is evil....thus came from satan. Therefore Wicca is evil , there for we worship the devil.
I know what u mean as I belive in the goddess and there is no
devil in what I belive.

Religion is metaphysical. Religious people pray to an invisible man in the sky to solve all of their problems. He'll throw you into Hell if you don't follow his rules, but he loves you. Go figure

Because they are closed to any beliefs but their own. They think their way is the only way.
However I think that there is only 1 god, so I don't believe in wicca, but anyone who does is not necessarily wrong.
I don't think anyone "goes" to HELL. I just believe in one GOD.

good question. it tends to be propaganda from christians to try and get people to hate other religions like wicca...they love to hate other people!!
