I am nearly satisfied with my weight, my target weight loss is anywhere from 6 lbs. to 10 lbs. I stopped myself from gettin bigger and even lost 5 pounds once i noticed i was getting a little to big, what are some things I can do in my house to loose the weight, i dont have access to a gym and i will keep running outside but i want to do somethigns inside my house, any ideas?

well its 80% nutrition and 20% working out.

But if your looking for some at home routiens

chest = pushups, with legs elevated on chair for most resistance.

back = lay on back under a table (stable table) and grab the edge of the table and pull yourself up. (emulating a seated row)

legs = stanging calf raises, lunges, while holding somethign with some weight, squats while holding something with weight

sholders = military press with big books or dumbells (if you have them)--if you want more resistance, do a hand stand and push yourself up agains a wall.

arms = curls with books/dumbells - dips on side of chair.

i am on a basketball and softball team and the way i keep my weight steady and loose weight is eat foods that are good for my body. Instead of eating a hambuger with cheese and ketchup eat a turkey sandwich with an apple or a banana. Also do crunches and push ups. not only will they help you tone up but they keep your body moving

on yahoo news there are many articles about diet. You can diet at home just look on the internet for diets or make a low calorie plan yourself.

You could go to the library to get a book on one of the diets that people have used and works.

You can also just do exersices or get a video from the library with exercises to use.

The are many things you can do at home to be successful in a diet. you don't have to have a fancy spa or exercise equipement or club.

Walking is also great there is no financial investment, except shoes..

Turn on some rocken music and do some sit ups, jumpin jakc, run in place, pushup, one handed push ups, or busy some weights at walmart or something and do some curls at home

Use a staircase as a stairmaster and run up and down them. Use bottles of water as arm weights. Do pilates/floor exercises in your bedroom.
