Losing 5 lbs. each week is too fast and may be unhealthy. The safest way I could think is the old reliable diet and exercise. It took me six weeks to lose 7 lbs. initially, but after that, I'm losing an average of 2 lbs. per week by combining both cardio and weight training.
I had to hire a personal trainer at first to get me jump started and to be able to monitor my progress. It proved to be a successful weight loss strategy.

There is no shortcut. You're going to have to *dramatic pause* excercise. *Dramatic music* Da Da Daaa!!!! lol. Ok, try to find a close fitness center, and go there 3 times a week. if you want to lose your weight faster, go every day for an hour, then take a break on a certain day. (i.e. Sunday for church.) Or, you could just do it earlier. If you can't go anywhere, then run up and down the stairs everyday for 20 minutes. (hanging on to the rail of course.) you'll lose weight, and gain a couple muscles.

Decrease calories to about 1200-1400 per day.
Excercise (cardio) for an hour 5 times a week.
Drink about 80 ounces of water a day.

Go on an all popcorn diet. You'll spend a fortune at the movies though.. jk, you could just eat a really big lunch like they do in some countries.

Onestly, my dad give massages to reduce our beutiful love handels he to classes for it, but he said that the best way to lose some pounds is clossing the mouth....... jaja just a joke

you should watch what you eat (the amount of calories, amount of fats in food, amount of sugar in food, etc.) and exercise more but dont over do the exercise because you can hurt yourself.
