credit scores or reports say free but the trial needs credit card info , is there one online that dosent?

Everyone in the USA is entitled to one free credit report per year. It is rolled out state-by-state, if there is a charge, perhaps it is because your state is not yet available for the free report. Keep checking the website. annualcreditreport.com

This central site allows you to request a free credit file disclosure, commonly called a credit report, once every 12 months from each of the nationwide consumer credit reporting companies: Equifax, Experian and TransUnion

Its free but their still gonna want a credit card you can also go to a car dealership and pretend to buy a car and they'll run a credit check and tell you hey at least you get to see how much of a car you can qualify for.

whenever I watch tv, I see ads for freecreditreport.com... maybe it's helpful..
