You don't have athlete's foot. You have calluses. It's probably caused by the type of shoes you wear (thongs or flip flops). You can soften them by soaking them in warm, soapy water, and then try and remove some of the skin with a pumice stone. Then put oil or strong lotion on your feet, then wear socks to bed. The socks will keep the lotion on your feet and will help them soften the calluses.

I totally agree with Rainy but add to that, Tea Tree Oil, also at Walmart and other stores in the vitamin section. Tea Tree Oil is a marvelous, under used tool. Not only is good for things such as athletes foot, bug bites, rashes, acne but it's great for teeth/gum care.
Now, my question to you would be, are your feet itchy? If not, then I'm not sure you have A.Feet. Even if it's not, the T. T. Oil will help.
Hope you feel relief soon.

This will work. Ready?
Get a bowl, put your feet in it. Pour peroxide on your feet. Sit there for a while. Dry feet. Repeat daily for three days. Ok Now go buy more peroxide. Next step. Get the bowl again. Add warm water and half a cup bleach. Soak feet for a few minutes. Dump water down the toilet, good cleaner.
Ok where are we? On your way to healing!! Bleach is cheap, peroxie is cheap and I charged you nothing. Oh ya, keep up the peroxide for another while longer.
Throw away your narly shoes and get new ones for your new feet!!!!

You can go to any drug store and they have pleanty of over the counter ailments. They have a spray that will treat athletes foot. Ask a pharmacist what you can use.. But if it's really severe you can either go to a local clinic, or you can go to the emergency room.

If you go to a store like Wal-Mart or Rite Aid they should have a few different athlete foot treatments there. Also, if there is a pharmacist working when you go, you may want to ask the pharmacist what he recommends.

I worked in health care for many years and I've seen people soak their feet in warm, soapy bleach water for 20 minutes. Then rinse well and pat dry.
I have also heard that apple cider vinegar will kill athlete's foot.
If you want to try this, I hope it will work. And good luck!
