Hello-

I spoke with the folks at www.thebestguard.com for a similar question(battery) and they recommended that I call the Manufacturer directly and provide them with the model and serial number of the camera(which I did) and I received the battery under warranty free!

if all you need is to replace the cord. You could take the make and model number to a electrics store to see if they have a cord that will adapt to your unit.

Other wise you will need to email or write the customer service of the company that made the camera.
