Needs to know where you are going and what you are doing every minute of the day. Calls you on your cell to ask what you are doing even though you already told him. He tells you what you can wear. Tries to stop you from seeing friends and/or family, and tries to make you feel guilty about it when you do.

If you mean someone being posessive of a person they're in a relationship, usually..
1. jealousy of the person's friends
2. always asking where that person is going/who they'll be with
