Banana smoothies are not my thing but I have a solution. 1. Cut up the banana into inch thick slices. 2. (optional step) add ice 3. Add milk 4. Blend to a creamy texture and pour 5. (optional step) add a scoop of vanilla ice cream

Green Tea Smoothie
1 green tea bag
1/2 cup non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
1/2 cup nonfat milk
3/4 cup crushed ice
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Steep tea bag in 1/4 cup boiling water, 4 to 6 minutes; let cool.
Combine brewed tea, frozen yogurt, milk and ice in blender and puree until smooth.
Pour into a tall glass and stir in lemon juice.

PB&J Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons blackberry jelly
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 bananas, frozen and chunked
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons wheat germ
DIRECTIONS
In a blender combine milk, jelly, peanut butter, banana, honey and wheat germ. Blend until smooth.

Candy Bar Smoothie
Ingredients:
14 ounces Chocolate Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream
2 Candy Bars (Your Choice) -- broken into pieces
2 cups Crushed Ice
Directions:
In blender container, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

I think they are called milkshakes, come in vanilla, chocolate, coffee, can add your favourite tipple, liquer to freshen it up, try tia maria in your coffee milkshake

Makes:6 smoothies (about 1 cup each)

Malt Smoothies

2 1/4cups milk
3/4cup chocolate-flavor syrup or strawberry preserves
3tablespoons natural- or chocolate-flavor malted milk powder
1quart vanilla ice cream

1.Place 3/4 cup of the milk, 1/4 cup of the chocolate-flavored syrup and 1 tablespoon malted milk powder in blender. Cover and blend on high speed 2 seconds.
2.Add 3 scoops vanilla ice cream. Cover and blend on low speed about 5 second longer or until smooth. Pour into two glasses.
3.Repeat 2 times with remaining milk, syrup, malted milk powder and ice cream.

Put the carrot juice, tomatoes, and lemon juice into a blender and process gently until well combined. Add the parsley to the food processor along with the ginger and ice cubes. Process until well-combined, then pour in the water and process until smooth. Pour the mixture into tall glasses and drink up!
