I keep getting the same answer ( Анастазия) from translation websites but it doesn't seem to match the cyrillic alphabet. The 3 as the third 's' doesn't seem to fit. Anyone out there fluent?

"Анастазия" is pronounced Anastazeeya ... the spelling you have is correct.

The answer you got from the website is correct. The "3" you are referring to sounds like "z". I think that "3" is the 7th letter of the Cyrillic alphabet.

My parents are Russian and I don't think the translation would make any sense from the Cyrillic answer. So I think there is no equivalent rather than spelling it "Anastasia"...

Russian version of name Anastasia is Анастаcия.

FYI: Cyrillic alphabet does have 'з'.
