Last week I asked my boyfriend if he really wanted to be with me and this question really threw him off, so he told me he was seriously thinking about everything or re-evaluating. I really haven't talked to him at all until last night and now I am regreting ever asking him that question. What can I do or say to make him stay?

Well, what made you ask him that in the first place? Apparently you were feeling some type of distancing on his part. Don't regret asking the question-you are probaly saving yourself from a lot of heart ache. You want to be with someone who "wants" to be with you. And if he does-he'll tell you.

That sort of question really scares us guys, it does catch us of guard, and we don't like the feeling. If you do honestly care for him then tell him that you were asking because you care about him alot, this may make him fell at ease a bit.

everything happens for a reason, if he says no, let him go, he's not worth your time! but if you wanna talk to him about it, tell him that you just want to hear him say that he loves you. because it would make you happy if he does.

Ask him what about the relationship bothers him.. Once you find out exactly what the problem is, you can both work on it.
