Yes, of course. Curiosity in young children once they realize that there are differences between boys and girls is natural and normal, and has nothing to do with sex.

I think every kid played doctor as a child unless they had super strict parents who thought it was nasty. That is how kids explore and learn about the human body and learn to have good self esteem. If they get vibes that it is bad and nasty they never like their bodies after they grow up. They always think something is wrong with their body.

Playing doctor or nurse gives a chance for a child to be curious in a safe way. I am sure my kids played doctor but I just never caught them. I had to boys (grown now) and they loved the closeness of sleeping in the same bed. They each had their own room but many times ended up together. Nothing wrong or bad about the safety they felt and love they had for each other.

If your kids play doctor try to supervise at a distance. I find nothing wrong with looking at each other and touching areas that are not private. If you child asks you or tells you he looked at the girls (or vise versa) or touched them. Dont make a huge deal out of it or act like it is wrong or naste. Just explain what is appropriate and what is not. I am talking about kids aged 5-8. Older than that is not a good idea. Tell them that and explain why (others might feel uneasy with this type of exploration)

Always keep your cool.

I played doctor as a child or played house, I think it's natural to be curious of what other kids look like. I've caught my daughter doing it, my sister has caught her son, it seems like every child does it until they are caught!

Umm, I had one of those little fisher price doctor kits because I wanted to be a nurse or a doctor when I grew up. If you're talking about clothes coming off that's a whole ball park I know nothing about.

If a child did do that then they had to learn the behavior somewhere. I would be irritated to learn my child was taking their clothes off to play doctor. It's not necessary and they need to learn appropriate touch! They should know that from go.
