He has a crush on you!!! You shouldn't come on too strong though if you like him! You should be chill about it and just let things happen how they should. Talk to him and get to know him a little bit more, maybe one of your girl friends likes one of his guy friends? You guys could do a double date type of thing. Make it as low-key as possible but super fun!

I don't mean to be rude or to bring your hopes down, but, he's just complimenting you. My cousin has gone through these things and the guy ended up complimenting the girl to try &get my cousin's bestfriend. So, don't totally bring your hopes up.
