It is legal but why would a 16 yr old date a 13 year old, its a bit odd dont you think. If I was her mother first of all at 13 there would be no "dating", its way too young, (my opinion of course)and if my 16 yr old son even brought up the subject, I would wonder what was wrong with him. I find it inappropriate for a 13 yr old to be dating at all.

There is a sdaying here in Ill that " 15 will get you 20" ( 20 meaning years, so I think 15 is too young for you!

It is illegal to drive a car on the road, at least in the US to my knowledge. So any DATE you go on, an adult will probably drive you. Should drive you. There is no law I can find that says you cannot talk on the phone, go to the movies, eat out, hang out, watch tv...is that what you had in mind?

It'll be fine up to the point where her DAD meets you at the door with a .12 gauge...Your both minors. So her parents will be the hurdle you'll have to cross

Dating isn't the "illegal" part, if something happened sexually, it might be cause for some legal problems. So date, ask permission and DON'T have sex.
