sweetie if you like the guy go for it...it dont matter what your friends say...its your life....and tell your friends that looks dont matter....as long as he is nice and he cares for you.......i had friends like that but i still went for it and it turned out we were th cutest couple.....he was great....dont ruin your chances of being with a guy u like for you friends.

Everyone is different in life, so that means everyone will always have a different opinion from each other. Always.
What's important is not anyone else's opinion, but YOURS.
I mean, come on, life's too short for other people to run your life for you. :-)
Also, if you keep listening to other people's opinions, it'll get mixed up with what you originally thought, and you'll be forced to do what they wanted to do instead of your very own heart.

*sigh* the world is so shallow these days. Who the hell really cares if people think he is ugly? Why does that matter so much? He might already had moved on. Ask him out and stop being so influenced by others. Be above the influence, and don't do drugs.

In the grand scheme of life, how you feel is of the utmost importance. Be true to yourself, if everyone thinks he's ugly how many times can they keep saying it anyway. Whatever...he'll probably treat you like a queen, there's more to life than looks. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

I think you are really too worried about what other people think about you. And you need do what you feel is good for you, and less about what others will think. If you like the guy date him. If you spend your life dating and talking to the people your friends approve of you will be spending the rest of your life trying to please others and forgetting about self. This is not a good thing. **** you friends, come on your gonna let you friends come between you and a guy lol. yeha right. go with the guy hunnu. i been through i am a cheerleader and i am really popular at my school believe me the same thing happen to me , and what do you think i did? i went with the hot guy. but that is my opionion though

If popularity is important to you [which I think is just stupid] then don't go out with him. Maintain your popularity and go out with someone who is "level" to your status. If you don't give a damn a popularity, then follow your heart and go out with him. Maybe, everyone will start to think he's cool. &then, from there, you guys can be together forever.

as far as your friends go..esp if your in high school they'll will not be there forever. dont make decisions for your friends, make them for yourself. if you really like him go for it. plus, if hes ugly or not popular.. make him what you are. it worked on love dont cost a thing. whatever you chose to do ma.. good luck!
