Give it about a month. Most the time when you try a new acne product, your skin will get worse before it gets better.

I agree that acne is an internally created problem, I had it for years, and tried all different treatments. The best thing to do is this: make sure to drink LOTS of water to ensure you are hydrated. Secondly, sugar is also a bad thing to be eating for acne. Vitamin D, E and B vitamins all help the skin. (Taken internally). The best thing to do is to see a doctor that will do an actual test of your bloodstream to see what vitamins/minerals you may be lacking. There are 2 tests: 1) a regular blood analysis and a 2) Spectracell that shows how many vitamins are being absorbed into your cells from the bloodstream.

If you cannot get the tests, you can get other people to give you questionnaires on vitamin and/or mineral deficiencies.

I always cure my acne now with changing my diet, mostly water.

Good luck in the change!

Acne is an internally created problem. You need to change your diet...it has nothing to do with the cleanliness of the skin.

Parsley (excellent for skin and cleans the kidneys). You can eat it made into tabouli salad.

Red clover powder
Dandelion root powder
Fresh spinach
Vitamin C builds collagen in the skin
Exercise is good for the skin

Well from personal experience pro activ did not work at all. It made my face worst. I think it was a waste of money. Since everyone is different I would say 2 months. If by then you see no improvement move on and see a dermatologist.
