for some girls yes, but it helps with all that back pain

Perhaps they make them better looking but cutting down on the sagginess and giving a bit of a lift. It's more for to reduce the physical pain in the back and shoulders. I've seen it done on a few plastic surgery shows on TLC and DISCOVERY. Looks like a very violent procedure with them sawing away at the fatting tissue.

A lollipop surgery. An incision is made from around the nipple then to the bottom of the breast. Excess skin and tissue is removed The nipple is moved to its new position. It's a rough surgery and is done for cosmetic and health reasons.
