Actually, when my daughter had seizures because of the lice medication the doctor told her to dye her hair and then to comb through it with vinegar which does 2 things. The dye kills the live ones.. the vinegar loosens the glue that holds the eggs in place so they are easy to comb out with a fine tooth comb. If you think you had them, have someone check your hair. The eggs are white and they will be hard to slide off of the hair strand. If you don't have them then don't worry too much because the hair dye ususally gets them.

if u got ur hair dyed in the hair dressers they would of told u to go home and sort it out, they prob would not allow u to use their service in case u pased them on to other customers any who if u dyed it urdelf the dye would of prob killed off the eggs and lice????? but im not an expert and dont really know!!!!!!!!

no i am pretty sure that the hair dye would have killed them, i mean look at what it does to your hair?
