I've met a lovely lady we talk into the early hours if we arrange to meet the following day, i cant sleep and feel sick. Is it just nerves

I'm wondering how old you are that this has just happened to you, but reguardless be glad enough that life hasn't made you so bitter that you dont even allow yourself to go there anymore. Also if she's doing that its simple you really like her, and enjoy it while it lasts. Also I'd say until you meet someone where that never goes away, or if nither one of you is willing to work on keeping that going dont waste your time. I believe to many people waste valuable years on that crap, do yourself a favor and listen. Good Luck!

Probably is nerves but the question is why are you nervous. Sounds like you are worried that she's not as interested in you as you are in her. Meeting a babe or a chick is one thing, meeting a "lovely lady" is a bit more serious, if you receive my meaning.

You like her. You worry about her. You know you can get some sort of pleasure from her so you should do something about it. Take care of yourself and take care of whatever it is you care about be it a woman or a fly.
