You have to accept first its going to take a while. Then you have to find a way to do something incredibly nice for her (like stand up for her) dont give her gifts or anything. When you do this nice thing, just walk away from her. She will began to get curious. But always play it cool. She will eventually take a deeper interest in you.

Why don't you find one that doesn't hate your guts. Your chances of a positive response increase exponentially.

First, if she hates your guts for legitimate reason, than you first apologize for your wrong doing, seriously! Than you give it some time, apologize again, seriously, if she comes around go for it , if she doesn't forget it!

Just go up to her and tell her the truth. I bet you that she doesn't really hate your guts. Go up to her. Tell her it is serious.
