My parents would make me stop. PLZHELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A good diet is something your parents should be able to get behind! Talk to them about what a good weight is, and see if you can work something out. (-: Maybe you can even help them lose some weight, if it's a really good diet.

Good diet = no special, expensive foods. Plenty of good, fresh vegetables, whole grains and calcium. Some protein and fruit. A little fat. As little sugar and processed foods as possible. Easy to fix. Makes you glow with health! Gives you lots of energy!

BTW, if you are dieting now, low blood sugar can do strange things to your brain, and make it hard to look at things logically. Try to talk this out with people you trust!

Talk to your doctor- a lot of diets can be harmful rather than helpful- especially if you aren't finished growing yet.

Or just try replacing your regular snack foods and sodas with healthier alternatives and juice. It doesn't have to be a full-out diet. You'll feel a lot better and be in better shape too!

Do you really need to diet...if your parents make you stop it is probably because you don't need to lose any weight...honey you probably look great the way you are...if you have a poor diet your face will break out and you will look like skin and bones don't do it to yourself stay healthy!!!

If your parents would MAKE you stop then maybe you don't need to diet. But it all comes down to eating healthy and exercising. But you can't lose weight unless you eat.

good dieting would be to lay off da junk food and eat healthy and exercise more.if u don't need to lose weight or not u still need to do this.

excersize, lay off the junk food, drink a glass of milk everyday, and try to eat as much organic food as you can. it is alot healthier for you. also, take daily vitamin pills.
