I worry a lot.
I am always stressed.
I believe everybody and get cheated mostly finanacially
I am very soft person end up being hurt by many people
my goodness is always mistaken for weekness some times it turns out to be truth even though i am right many times i dare not to speak out
I call upon all the gods on earth at times of difficulty

First pray for discernment so you will know who is for you and who has their best interest at hand and you end up getting used. Learn from your past mistakes if you know you had a problem with someone cheating you in the past learn from it . Don't be so quick to say yes let the person know you need some time to think about whatever they may ask you. This will give you chance to think and people really value you when you're not quick to say yes all the time, because they will know they are dealing with someone who take things in consideration. There is a old saying that goes like this "Fool me once shame on you , fool me twice shame on me". Learn your lesson and don't be no ones fool. This may sound odd but Role Playing really helps. GOOD LUCK!!!

it i shard to learn this but learn to say NO....you can do this without being mean and you might lose a friend or 2 but who wants friends like that anyway...you are probably stressed and worry a lot because you want people to like you...but in the end they will like you better , if you learn to take control of your life and not let anyone else use you fortheir own personal door mat...they act like they care but they don't but as long as you keep giving, they will keep taking and you will be strssed and worried...enjoy your life..we only have one....talk to someone at your church otr get into a group...it helps to get things out in the open that bother you..

First of all you need to get rid of the stress and worry and the rest of your life will fall into place. You also need to grow a backbone and be assertive, so you will not be mistaken for as a weakling anymore. You also need to stop trusting everyone. That's making you doormat.

It sounds as if you think people are going to think bad of you if you speak up?

Do not worry about what others are thinking. It is enough to keep up with our own thoughts wouldn't you agree?

People to care about are our own family, some people such as brothers, mothers. When your boss says get to work....other then this, don't worry about them....
