I don't agree with quick weight loss which is an indicator of lossing muscle mass which then lowers your metabolism which then makes it harder to utilize energy
let's use an automobile engine as a metaphore
if you retard the spark to one of your cylinders, it wouls seem like you'd get better gas milage quite the contrary
BECAUSE THE REMAINING PISTONS WOULD HAVE TO WORK HARDER TO MAKE UP FOR THE missing energy suppled by that one piston

Starve yourself. If your looking for a quick fix, there's your answer. But if you want to lose weight the healthy way you have to commit to a strict diet and exercise program. I started out only exercising once or twice a week and gradually built up to exercising almost every day of the week. My calorie intake in less than 1,000 calories per day. It sounds small, but it really isn't. Here's another tip, eat a lot of protein, not carbs, protein. I eat a small salmon cup and pretzels for lunch every day and it fiils me up until I get home that night. I typically eat a small bowl of cereal for breakfast and another small bowl for dinner. I switch things up now and then to make sure my metabolism doesn't drop. Good luck

Get mono. I know that's not a good answer but it will make you lose weight very quickly. You cannot eat anything for at least a week or more. It's not fun though.

there is NO "qiuck" way.... to didn't gain quick so why does everyone want to lose it quick. eat 3 meals a day, health not fast food and walk 1 half hour 4 to 5 times a week

eat from the whole food pyramid and do cardio...if you only lifts weights, or try to build up muscle anyway, your not gonna lose FAT, to lose fat you need to work it off. decrease amount of calories. it takes 1600 calorie decrease to lose a lb. of fat, so if you decrease caloric intake by 1600 a week, you'll lose 1 lb a week. decrease 1600 a day, you'll lose a lb a day, get it? good luck!
