American Coke or Mexican Coke? Because the Mexican Coke in the glass bottle tastes MUCH better than American Cokes in cans or plastic bottles. No question, I'd pick Mexican Coke over any other beverage.

When it comes to American Coke, well, it's a lot of sugar (all soda is) so I generally take the Arizona Diet Peach Tea over American Coke. I try to have only one non-diet soda a week and diet Coke sucks.

Arizona iced tea has fewer calories and has the green tea and sometimes honey, both of which are good for you. Coke has nothing in it that's good for you, although it is great for feeling better if you have a hint of nausea, cold, or fever.

Coke has a lot of sugar in it, so any drink that has less would be better (although I think people also need to consider possible health problems like kidney damage that could result from some artifically sweetened drinks).

Everything in moderation. Water is the best thing to drink. I don't think if someone drinks a junk drink once in a while it matters much.
