It is definitely Hebrew, but I don't reckon you've transliterated it properly.
HaTzav (הצב) means "the tortoise", while Chtzav (חצב) means "squill". HaYabashah (היבשה) is "the dry land", while Hayeveshah (היבשה) means "the dry one (feminine form)".
Ben- Yitzchak (בן יצחק) is definitely a name (son of Yitzchak), and Hakofer means "the heretic", so "Ben Yitzchak hakofer" (בן יצחק הכופר) means "Ben Yitzchak the heretic".
There is no such word as Apesh.
Where did you find it? If you'll show me the Hebrew origin (even if it's already transliterated) I'll be able to help you better...

It looks more like Armenian to me.
I'm wondering if there's an online language identifier that can be used to make sure you are right about it.
I searched and I found it is Indonesian
