i just got back surgery for scoliosis but because of that my mom is freaking out and is stressed out. I got the surgery a month ago and im able to walk round tha house get up on my own so in other words i dont really need my mom as much as i did when i first got back home from the hospital. What is a good way to help her relax a little so that she wont be as cranky anymore!?!?

Make her a bubble bath, pour her a glass of wine, light some candles in the bathroom and put her favorite cd on in the bathroom. She'll love you for it.

i think it would be very nice of you to make a nice dinner for your mom, and run her a warm bubble bath, and while she is relaxing in the tub, you could clean up the mess you made in the kitchen.and after her bath ask her to sit down with you and watch a movie. she might protest all of this at first, but just look at her and say mom i want to do this it will make me feel good.you have made me feel good now its my turn.

You don't need your mother but have you think that she needs you?How will you solve the problems,Mother's love is a No 1 love in the world.Take her for a walking in the garden,so you will have the walking exercise and she will feel like somewhat relaxation.

Set up some candles in the bathroom, and have her a nice poured bubble bath.

Reasure her, your able to do more for yourself right now, and you'd like it very much if she would "chill".

Let her know you love her and are very happy she was and is there for you and tell her, you want to be there for her too.

tell mom you really thank her for her help in your time of need, but she needs to take it easy herself so if she is ever needed she will be strong, try to talk her into a nice bubble bath, or a shopping spree, or just a quite cup of coffee to herself and that if you need anything she is just a yell away
