I'm a 26 years old male, and my face looks dull and dried with moderate size pores, like there's no oil in my face, and some times there're EXCESSIVE oil on my face, but never was it moisturize, i've applied facial lotions and cleanse my face with cleansers, but after 12 hours to 24 hours, the problem remains. Personally I think these chemicals help temporarily, but what needs to be done is still exercise, eat right, and drink 8/10 glasses of water a day. But why dried and oily at the same time? And how do I close the pores?

You probably have combination skin. That is a T-zone where your forehead area and nose and chin areas are oily. Your cheeks are probably dry. Luzier Cosmetics offer a variety of beauty products. Check out their website at https://www.luzier.com/. Go to shop online and click on skincare.

Use a gel or foaming cleanser without petroleum ingredients (listed as petrolatum or mineral oil).
Always follow with a toner. I recommend one by Exuviance made with cucumber. It can found at ULTA or other cosmetic retailers, and is a pale amber liquid in a plastic bottle.
Also, they have moisturizers which contain a fine powder in them to absorb excess oils. I use the combination / oily complete formula from Oil of Olay.
There are also products made specifically for absorbing excess oil and eliminating shine throughout the day. Clinique may have this.
I hope these suggestions help. I have learned to avoid soaps and petro ingredients, as a good rule of thumb. Some cost more, but are not necessarily very expensive.

use good astringent. or use glycolic skin tonner
