I'd say that you are more focused on the positive results of meditation, rather than addicted. Sounds healthy to me.

That would be a great addiction. Addictions come in many ways but some of them are very good. My daughter takes a yogi class before heading to the college to persue her nursing profession. It really helps her to concentrate relax. Go Girl Go!!

In truth, ANYTHING can be addictive. however, does not meditating interrupt your daily life, do you ignore all else without regard to consequence if you don't get your daily meditation? if not then I wouldn't worry about it, athletes tend to have the same problem when they don't exercise.

You can become addicted to anything, even things that are good for you. Even taking too many vitamins can be bad for you. Balance in life is the key.

addiction is, by definition, chemical. One could become codependent with an element of religion, but I think you are simply feeling the affects of a successful practice. if you weren't successful at your daily practice, your mind and body would not miss it so much.
